Enamel cast cocottes can be used on all types of stoves, including induction, are oven-proof up to 250°C and dishwasher-safe.
The matt black enamel coating inside provides a high resistance to scratches and sudden temperature changes, is easy to clean and ideal for searing, roasting and caramelizing.
The special technique used to preserve the color of the majolica enamel products results in a unique glossy enamelling in intense shades.
The enamelling is applied in three layers: black primer layer on the cast iron, colored enamel layer, final layer for gloss and intensity.
