Fancy a juicy steak, but the barbecue area is too far away, the balcony is too small and the weather could be better? No problem! With the grill plate QUADRO it's always BBQ season.

The square grill plate can be placed on the LongFire rechaud, for example, offers enough space for the food to be grilled and is the summery alternative to fondue or raclette. It is made using the aluminum die-casting process and can optimally distribute the heat thanks to the different base thicknesses - for even, gentle roasting. The 2-layer non-stick coating from the Swiss specialist ILAG® is robust and has a long-lasting non-stick effect. So vegetables, fish or steak be prepared low in fat. Due to the ribbed base, the food gets the typical browning stripes and a maximum roast flavors off. The narrow rim not only keeps the heat on the surface of the plate, but also prevents liquid from dripping down.

Instructions for use:
The handle gets very hot during operation and should therefore only be touched with a pot holder or oven mitts. Aggressive detergents can shorten the service life of the grill plate. We recommend cleaning the panel by hand and avoiding sharp objects to protect the coating.
